You already have solid kitchen experience and feel comfortable taking responsibility, but you don’t necessarily want to be the head chef. You like supporting others, keeping an overview during busy moments and stepping in wherever you’re needed. Working in a professional kitchen motivates you, especially when teamwork and structure are taken seriously.

What your day looks like
Your day combines hands-on cooking with operational support. You assist the Chef, help coordinate daily food production and step in wherever support is needed. You prepare ingredients, cook dishes, monitor quality and help keep kitchen workflows efficient. During busy service times, you help ensure everything runs smoothly and standards are maintained.
Good to know
This is a full-time seasonal position with living and working on site at the resort. An EU passport is required.

Requirements
What you need for this role
This position requires previous experience in a professional kitchen. You should understand food preparation, hygiene standards and how a kitchen operates during service. You’re reliable, organised and able to support both the Chef and the rest of the team when things get busy. Good English skills are required for daily communication in an international kitchen.
