Location: Zagreb, Rijeka, Split, Osijek

What you’ll be doing:

• Develop and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using tools like SSIS, Talend, Informatica, or custom SQL/Python solutions
• Design and optimize data pipelines for performance, scalability, and reliability
• Integrate data from multiple sources (APIs, databases, and flat files)
• Build and maintain data models and data marts to support BI reporting
• Create dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
• Implement data quality checks and validation routines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and actionable data
• Document workflows and ensure proper version control and CI/CD practices

We are looking for:

• Hands-on experience with any relevant ETL tool (SSIS, Talend, Informatica, Apache NiFi, etc.)
• Strong SQL skills
• Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms (Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue or GCP Dataflow)
• Familiarity with version control systems and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Good communication and documentation skills
• Interest in system design and a desire to grow toward data architecture

Would be considered a plus:

• Experience with SAP data solutions
• Programming experience
• Exposure to Snowflake
• Familiarity with data architecture concepts or large-scale system design
